FAQ's

Q: Is the water tested? How often? How is it treated?

A: Yes. Your water is tested twice a month. We do not use fluoride or other additives.

Q: Why does my water bill always show a higher number on usage then on the reading?

A: Each meter is equipped with “fixed zeros”, giving you a multiplier. Call the district and we can let you know what your multiplier is.

Q: Why is my neighbors bill so much lower then mine?

A: Every house is different. Maybe they have less people in the home, or they use newer appliances and different types of irrigating systems.

Q: Why do you always ask me if I have a running toilet?

A: Because running toilets and outside irrigation are the most common reasons for a high overage.
